With the recent trends of consolidation in our industry, HillTex chose to divest of its producing oil and gas assets and shift our focus to what we have determined to be an undercapitalized and growing demand in our industry. There is tremendous inventory and decades of work in field of Decommissioning and the Plugging & Abandonment of oil and gas wells. Since 2020 our primary goal has been to offer innovative solutions to this field and have produced a track record of services that has plugged over 500 wells in Texas. HillTex currently provides Methane Emissions Measurement (QMS), P&A Advisory and Consulting, Wellsite Remediation Services, Pipe Recovery, Landowner Consulting, Oilfield Consulting, and coordination of Carbon Credit Developers.
